For any minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide:

1. 📝 A signed consent form onsite, giving permission for the piercing and confirming you are the parent or legal guardian.

2. Your original photo ID (state or federal), we’ll make a copy here at the studio.

3. Your child’s original photo ID, such as a school-issued, state, or federal ID, we’ll copy it onsite.

4. Legal guardians must also provide an original court-issued guardianship letter.

We’re happy to offer ear piercings for infants 2 months and older. While vaccinations are not required, we do recommend that babies receive their first round of immunizations before their piercing appointment.

Why? Because a baby’s immune system is still developing in those early months, and even though our studio maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, vaccination can offer an extra layer of protection against infection as your baby heals.

At the end of the day, it’s your choice, and we’re here to support you. Your baby’s health and comfort are always our top priority.

What you'll need to bring:

• Your baby’s immunization record (or proof of first vaccinations)

• Your valid photo ID (state or federal)

• Your baby’s ID, if available (such as a birth certificate or insurance card), can help us confirm their identity.

• Cannot be fully sterilized between clients

• Force jewelry through the tissue, causing unnecessary trauma

• Increase healing complications such as swelling, irritation, and prolonged healing

• Are often operated by retail employees who are not trained in anatomy or aseptic technique
