At The Glory Hole, we take pride in offering a safe, professional, and high-quality piercing experience. However, once a piercing procedure has been performed, it cannot be undone. For that reason, we do not offer refunds on piercing services.

Jewelry and Tooth Gems Purchases
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and tooth gems, and customer satisfaction is a priority for us. However, because these are personal items, our policy for returns and exchanges differs based on the situation.

Jewelry and Tooth Gem Returns/Exchanges: We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your jewelry or tooth gem is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately at [email address] to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Return: Jewelry must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or altered in any way.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, special orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Neilmed Piercing Aftercare Exchange
We want to ensure you have everything you need for proper aftercare. If you experience any issues with your Neilmed Piercing Aftercare product, we offer an exchange policy:

Exchange for Neilmed Piercing Aftercare: If the Neilmed Piercing Aftercare product is defective or damaged, please return the unused can to our studio. We will replace the product with the same size as the one purchased.

Return Condition: The can must be in unused condition for an exchange to be processed. Proof of purchase may be required for exchanges.
Refund Process
In the event that your return is approved or a defective item is exchanged, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
