Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days for orders within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days for orders within the United States. Additional fees apply.

International Shipping: We currently ship to some international countries. Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs procedures. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Product Availability and Quantity Limits

Product Availability: All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by The Glory Hole. We reserve the right to change the products listed on the Website without prior notice and may limit the quantity of products that may be ordered by a user in a single buying session.

Out of Stock: Products that are currently unavailable will display a “Coming Soon” or “Out of Stock” notice on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products on the Website at our discretion.

Order Fulfillment: If a product you have ordered is discontinued or becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue you a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.

Shipping Carrier: We ship all domestic orders within the United States using USPS First Class for standard delivery.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer flat-rate shipping of $7.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on your shipping method and the destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Signature Requirement for Fine Jewelry Orders

Fine Jewelry Orders: For all fine jewelry orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery. This ensures the safe receipt of your valuable items.

Signature Removal: If you will not be home to sign for your package, we can remove the signature requirement. However, if the signature requirement is removed, The Glory Hole cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Gift Deliveries: If you specify a recipient for delivery (such as a gift), delivery at the specified address will be considered evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by The Glory Hole, the same as if the goods had been delivered directly to you.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Missing Items
While we take great care to ensure that all products are securely packaged, if you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
